1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:

Journey Across Borders: Occasionally, local customs or peak holiday seasons may add a little extra time to the journey. We appreciate your patience as your package makes its way to you!

We’re Here to Help: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will personally look into it and ensure your order is tracked down.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

OhGiftly.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Europe. However, we generally cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses via expedited services. Please provide a physical residential or business address for the best service.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our “Track My Order” page or the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

OhGiftly.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • For our European customers, please note that VAT may be collected at checkout or upon entry depending on the current local regulations.

6. Damages and Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at ohgiftly@foxmail.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
