Refund and Returns Policy

At OhGiftly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Order Cancellation

  • Standard Items: If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Customized Items: You may cancel a custom order within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, the production process begins, and we can no longer accept cancellations or changes.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/Customized Goods: Any items that have been custom-made or personalized specifically for you (e.g., custom engravings, specific color requests).
  • Gift Cards: All digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with the return shipping address and specific instructions.
  3. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package without prior authorization.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (typically 5-10 business days).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with clear photos of the item and the outer packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items that arrive in poor condition.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email.
